There is no doubt that the supply of corporate aircraft is high.  We have seen some markets triple in availability, and, currently, the demand is not there to match the inventory.  Sellers are choosing between selling ahead of the price decrease wave or keeping their aircraft.  However, in some circumstances, buyers are not making offers, so price decreases are often not really effective unless they are substantial.
